How to get started with Brightcove Video Cloud integration

Before you get started using Brightcove Video Cloud integration please make sure that you have the needed permission for the operations.

  1. You would need your Client ID, Client Secret, and Account ID for authentication.

  2. The Brightcove API Authentication page is used to create new client registrations. When creating registrations, you can select the service and the roles that will be enabled with the registration. Open the Admin module and click API Authentication. Add a new application and select accounts for authorization then add permissions. After saving it a Client ID and Client Secret will be returned.

  3. For your Account ID open Admin and then Account Information

  4. Go to qibb Workflow Editor, open Node Catalog in the right sidebar, and install Brightcove Video Cloud node by clicking on the + button.

  5. Drag the Brightcove Auth node any of the available Brightcove nodes from the left sidebar to your flow and connect them.

  6. Enter your credentials to the required fields in the Brightcove Auth node and start using the integration!

Importing flow examples of a node
