qibb v1.48.0

v1.48.0 was published on .

Summary

This release introduces powerful new control capabilities for Flow Apps, available across both the Portal and our core APIs, and expands our management functionality. By streamlining our interface and enhancing system performance, we continue to deliver a consistent, secure, and intuitive platform experience.

New Features
  • New Administrative Actions for Apps – Users can now start, stop, and restart apps directly from the Portal. These actions can be found in the App Overview section in the right-hand side of the top bar. This functionality provides immediate, flexible control over the app state, allowing you to take the app offline in case of emergency or to temporarily free up infrastructure resources if not needed (relevant for PaaS deployments).

API Enhancements
  • Extended Flow Management API – We introduced new endpoints for users to manage new app-level GitOps and Secret Manager functionality remotely. This functionality is available for Flow Apps v5.3.0 and later.

Bug Fixes & General Improvements
  • Security, Stability & Productivity – We have performed general maintenance and security updates to ensure the platform remains robust, secure, and highly productive.

  • General Fixes – Resolved various minor issues across the system to deliver a more seamless and uninterrupted user experience.

Removal of deprecated features

The following deprecated features (Deprecated since qibb v1.43.0) will be removed in this release:

  • App Components Section

    • To streamline the platform and focus on more efficient workflows, the legacy App Component sections (part of the App Overview) have been removed. This functionality is now substituted by the new Start/Stop/Restart Flow App controls, ensuring a more seamless and unified platform experience.

    • Functionality will be fully removed, and no further support is planned.

We remain committed to enhancing security, performance, and usability based on your valuable feedback. Together, we're building the best possible user experience! 🚀
