The authentication system of qibb is designed to work seamlessly with external authentication providers like Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory), Google Workspace, Okta and others through OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0. This feature allows you to securely connect and authenticate with your preferred external identity providers.
The setup process requires collaboration between our Support Team and the customer. Configuration adjustments are essential in both qibb's and the customer's Identity providers.
Local qibb users
Local user accounts and external user accounts (associated with an external identity provider) can coexist and be managed concurrently within qibb. This allows you to use qibb immediately after it has been deployed, whereas an external identity provider can be connected at a later stage.
