Flow App Roles Overview
The Flow Editor can be individually accessed by users by granting them App Roles, as outlined in Assigning a Client Role to a User or a Group . By default, only the creator of an app has access to the Flow Editor (Edit Role) of the newly created app.
App Roles are independent of Space membership, allowing users to perform specific actions on the app.
