Space Membership Roles Overview
A space can be made accessible to other identities by adding them as members. By default, a newly created space is only accessible to its creator and admins 1 .

Members can perform specific actions within the space and manage apps based on their assigned membership roles. The available membership roles are:

Access management to the individual app:

Platform Roles for Space and App Management
The following roles operate at the platform level and grant or restrict certain actions across all spaces for a user:

Enables users to access and manage their space from the Spaces Page according to their membership roles. Note: This only grants access to the feature. Note: This role only grants access to the feature and does not provide membership or access to individual spaces. |

Enables users to access and manage their space from the Spaces Page according to their membership roles. In addition, it grants users to create new spaces and apps. Note: This role only grants access to the feature and does not provide membership or access to individual spaces. |
Platform Groups for Space Management
The following roles operate at the platform level and grant or restrict certain actions across all spaces for a user:

This group is an internal group. This group is assigned with Owner Membership for all spaces. This allows global management of all spaces on the platform for group members. Note: Access to this group requires an Ultimate Subscription and a single-tenant environment. |
